1. Introduction
Welcome to WebSavvySA. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
WebSavvySA provides:
• Website design & development
• Branding & graphic design
• Print & marketing materials (banners, signage, apparel, etc.)
• Digital marketing & lead generation services
All services are subject to availability and agreement on scope before work begins.
3. Quotations & Payments
• All quotes are valid for 7–14 days unless stated otherwise
• A 50% deposit is required before work begins
• Final payment must be made before project delivery or launch
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension
4. Revisions & Changes
• Each package includes a set number of revisions
• Additional revisions will be charged at an agreed rate
• Major changes outside the agreed scope may require a new quote
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
• Provide all required content (text, images, logos) on time
• Ensure they have rights to use all provided materials
• Respond to feedback requests promptly
Delays in response may affect delivery timelines.
6. Project Timelines
• Timelines are estimates and depend on client feedback speed
• WebSavvySA is not responsible for delays caused by the client
• Urgent projects may incur additional fees
7. Ownership & Intellectual Property
• Full ownership is transferred only after final payment
• WebSavvySA retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio
• Third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) remain subject to their licenses
8. Website Hosting & Maintenance
• Hosting and domain services are billed separately unless included
• WebSavvySA is not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers
• Ongoing maintenance requires a separate agreement
9. Refund Policy
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has started
• Refunds will not be issued for completed work
• Partial refunds may be considered at WebSavvySA’s discretion
10. Limitation of Liability
WebSavvySA will not be liable for:
• Loss of profits or business interruption
• Data loss or website downtime
• Third-party service failures
11. Termination
• Either party may terminate the project with written notice
• Work completed up to termination must be paid for
12. Privacy
Client information will be kept confidential and used only for project purposes.
13. Changes to Terms
WebSavvySA reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
